Please be aware that there is not always somebody on the premises 24 hours a day. If your pet is being hospitalised out of hours our Veterinary surgeon on duty will make a plan as to the frequency of checks required according to your pets condition. There are CCTV cameras in the kennels which allow us to monitor your pets when we are not in the surgery. Should your pet be in a serious or critical condition and it is considered necessary to stay in attendance all night, this will be done.
